PHI Holding Station & Rehabilitation Centre

 

A two-year recovery and reintegration program designed for individuals ready to heal, grow, and transform their lives. PHI provides a safe, family-style environment that promotes healing, skills development, and preparation for independent living.

• Ex-convicts

• Former patients of the Mental Hospital

• Substance abusers

• Socially isolated individuals

• Juvenile care: (Juvenile care is not a full 2-year program)

  • Holding station for suspended students​

  • Disturbed children
